Then I'll send you information on properties that meet your specifications. I will guide you through the entire process, from viewing homes and financing, to making sure the final contract is in your best interest:
- You will have full access to ALL homes available in the New River Valley market, even listings not yet on the MLS, through our professional Coldwell Banker affiliations and "in-house" listings..
- My expert local knowledge of the New River Valley area should be invaluable to you, not just in terms of real estate, but also schools, neighborhoods, the local economy, and more.

Home Inspections and Radon Testing- I can provide you with a complete list of certified home inspectors in the New River Valley that are trained in home inspection as well as radon, well and septic testing.
Why have a home inspection? An inspection is meant to evaluate, the structural and mechanical condition of a property. When you decide to purchase or sell your home, you may need additional information before you buy and I will ensure that your contract include a contingency that you obtain a satisfactory inspection report.
